1. The ships at Gravesend and Plymouth that are ready to embark with recruits for Colonel Russell's regiment in Barbados are to be kept supplied with Petty Warrant victuals until they depart. Mr Carey, agent for the Leeward Islands, will supply a list of the ships and the number of recruits each will carry.
