1. The JAMES has a new owner and is not to be hired as a man-of-war.
2. Following the difference between Captains Heling and Morrice, commanders of bomb vessels, and the Clerk of the Cheque, Lord Berkeley has been ordered to suspend Captain Heling, who is also required to come to town and make his defence.
3. Captains Heling, Morrice and Layton are furthermore required to give an account of the extent to which they have complied with that part of their duty requiring their laying aboard.
