William Farthing, residing at the Boar and Ragged Staff Inn, East Smithfield, is to be prosecuted for receiving the wages earned by Edward Templeman in the EXETER despite the latter having given no power authorising Farthing to do so. Templeman had authorised Samuel Bush to receive his wages.
