In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Welby, commanding the LIZARD, at Milford, writes that he is detained there for want of provisions and stores. He is to be supplied with whatever is necessary. Also, his men are to be paid the usual daily allowance for having to drink water in lieu of beer.
