1. Authorising and ordering the payment of the freights of the Machine Vessels and the provision of security to compensate their owners in case of loss or damage, as required by Mr Meesters.
2. Ordering the Riggers and Ordinaries at Deptford and Woolwich to put the Machine Vessels into the River as quickly as possible.
3. The LORD BERKELEY and the DORSETSHIRE have been ordered into Portsmouth, where they are to be sheathed.
