1. Cleaning of the SPEEDWELL is to be postponed until she has received her guns.
2. Commissioner Greenhill, at Portsmouth, reports that the damage sustained by the two vessels hired for use as Machine Vessels is expected to cost not less than £25 to rectify. The vessels' owner, Captain Clarke, is to be paid accordingly.
3. Three hundred guineas is to impressed to William Meesters.
4. Are sending a copy of an account of several items wanted for the Admiralty's Barges and Shallops.
