In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The several Bomb vessels lately fitted out in the River to join the Fleet, have in their passage from the Buoy of the Nore, met with such bad weather as may oblige them to return. Direct they be supplied with stores so they may proceed with all dispatch, according to their former orders.
