The ROYAL OAK'S Foremast being sprung in the late Bad weather upon the French Coast, and Admiral Russell having proposed the making of a new one for her at Chatham, and another at Portsmouth, lest any Service should draw her that way. We direct you to give orders for a Foremast be got in hand at both places.
