In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Yesterday we sent a letter with a list of names of 28 men who were marked as run from the ROYAL OAK by the Clerk of the Cheque at Sheerness. We desire and direct you to cause a months pay to be deducted from them on account of their absence from the ship, that the R's on them be taken off, and they be re-entered at the time they returned.
