Cause the TRULOVE, the GREYHOUND, and the MARY ANNE, bomb vessels to be fitted out for sea service in the channel. The officers of the Ordinance not having any Mortars to put aboard them, they are to be kept in readiness against the time they can be furnished with Mortars. Pay Mr Whittaker, Solicitor for affairs of the Navy Board, monies due to him upon our account.
