In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Richard Morley, Purser of the BURFORD, is to be appointed Purser of the ANGLESEA, in place of the former removed to the BURFORD. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 2 February 1696/7.
