In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We have receive a letter from the two Captains in town to regulate the Press, concerning the Register of Seamen of His Majesty's ships to the westward, who are in town without tickets of leave. We enclose an extract of the letter and direct you to advise the Commissioners of the Registry and to report to this Board what is fitting to be done.
