In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The ships PORTLAND, PLYMOUTH, SEVERNE and RYE, which are to cruise in the Soundings, are to repair from Plymouth to Cork as soon as they have victuals to carry them there, and there to complete their provisions for 10 weeks. You are directed to give orders to the Commissioners of the Victualling to complete the provisions as soon as may be.
