In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have received a letter from Vice Admiral Mitchell and another from Mr Branden about the want of victuals at Portsmouth. Captain Munden also writes about the want of provisions for the ships at the Nore. We send you extracts of the letters and direct you to give orders to the Commissioners of the Victualling to supply provisions immediately.
