In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to give orders to the Commissioners of the Victualling to have the EXPERIMENT victualled for Channel service at Portsmouth, and that the WINCHELSEA be furnished with a month's provisions at Newcastle. The SPEEDWELL is now at Hoylake and bound for Ireland and you are to let us know whether she can be supplied with provisions from there. The PORTLAND and the FOWEY are come to the Downes from Plymouth because they could not be victualled there and you are to give orders for them to be supplied in the Downes. You are to have the CROWNE furnished with 8 months provisions at Plymouth and the ANGLESEA' s provisions completed when she comes to Kinsale.
