Captain Pound, Commander of the DOVER prize, in his letter of 10 February from Liverpool, gives an account of the want of provisions. I send you an extract of his letter and you are directed to communicate this to the Commissioners of the Victualling that they furnish her with the provisions according to the orders that have been given.
