In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The WOOLWICH is ordered from Blackstakes to Chatham to be refitted for service in the Channel. You are directed that as soon as her guns and stores are taken out, to have the Captain, Lieutenants and all the officers and their allowed servants, excepting the standing officers, to be turned over to the MONCK. The WOOLWICH is to be brought to Chatham by the ordinary and riggers and when refitted, victualled for 3 months with all possible dispatch.
