Samuel Roberts is to be appointed Master Cook of the BLAST bomb vessel, in place of the former removed to the ST PAUL fireship. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 18 February 1696/7.
