The LYON, MONCK, PORTLAND and GUERNSEY are ordered to be victualled for an 8 months voyage to the Straits and on foreign service. You are to order immediately the Commissioners of the Victualling to have the four ships supplied with provisions in preference to all other ships ordered to be victualled.
