Joseph Luke, Carpenter of the COMET, bomb vessel, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the MILFORD. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 24 February 1696/7.
