In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Commissioner St. Lo has advised us in his letter of 21 February, of great want of provisions at Plymouth and we send an extract of his letter. You are directed to give orders to the Commissioners of the Victualling to take care that provisions are provided at that port.
