In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to have a boat, now at Shoreham and formerly belonging to one of the ketches, repaired for the use of the Muster Master at Shoreham. She is to be furnished with masts sails, oars and all things necessary. Captain Young, who commanded the DELAVALL, has advised us that when she was fitting out at Dover, he paid £80 for victuals for the men. You are directed to let us know why he has not been reimbursed this money and whether you have any objections.
