In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to sign a bill on the Treasurer of the Navy, for an allowance of 20 shillings per diem for table money, to be made unto Sir Cloudesley Shovell, Admiral of the Blue Squadron, from the time he was last paid the same to the time he is paid his flag pay, over and above what is allowed by the last Establishment for an increase in the pay of flags and others.
