Thomas Summers, Gunner of the MONMOUTH, is to be appointed Master Gunner of the new 2nd Rate building at Deptford. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 24 February 1696/7.
