Lawrence Oliphant, late Gunner of the UNIT hired ship, is to be appointed Master Gunner of the new 4th Rate building by Mr Taylor at Rotherhithe. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper His warrant is to be dated 6 February 1696/7.
