In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Samuel Rogers, late Master Carpenter of the BLACKWALL, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the new 4th Rate building by Mr Taylor at Rotherhithe. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 19 February 1696/7.
