Ordering Captain [Jesson] of the NEWPORT to forfeit three months pay following having been found guilty at Court Martial aboard the PLYMOUTH in the Medway as the result of complaints made by a Thomas Ross and the Officers of [Jesson's] ship. Also at the Court Martial Captain Robert Hawkins and Crew of the ROE Ketch were found not guilty of having lost their ship in the York River, Virginia, due to grounding and are to be paid for their time in that ship.
