Captain Francis Hosier currently commands the WINCHELSEA but is due to take command of the TRIDENT which is due to be paid off. Instructions are given for him to be paid only at the rate allowed for the Captain of a Fifth Rate while aboard the TRIDENT and a strict limit is to placed on the number of servants he may take with him.
