William Pennington of the LOOE was lent to the DUNKIRK but subsequently seen ashore in Deal. However, as Captain Adamson of the DUNKIRK has vouched that Pennington is aboard the DUNKIRK the "R" put against Pennington's name in the Books of the LOOE is to be removed.
