Document signed by Josiah Burchett (c.1666-1746), Secretary to the Admiralty (1694-1742)
The Estimate of the Debt of the Navy of 1690 showed a sum of £14,600 for Stores and Workmanship on the first book. The debt now having been cleared, the Admiralty wish to know to whom the money was paid and by what Order.
