In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Captain Culliford, late Commander of the FOWEY, has informed our Secretary that at the passing of his Accounts he had £30; 7s; 9p stopped from him as Money overcharged for Slops issued to his Seamen against the Rules of the Navy, and requests the said Money be paid to him. We are sending a Copy of his letter, together with a Copy of the Officers Certificate relating to the supply of the said Slops, and direct you to give your opinion of the matter.
