Your letter of yesterday's date informed me that the Debt of £14600 on Bills for Stores and Workmanship in the first Book, mentioned in your Estimate of the Debts of the Navy of the 14th April 1690, were assigned off by your Board in the months of March 1690 and May and June 1691. You have not informed to whom and by whose Order the said Debt was paid, as was desired by the letter I wrote to you concerning this matter. You are directed by their Lordships that you give them an account to whom the said Money was paid, and by whose Orders.
