You have sent to the Admiralty Commissioners, for the satisfaction of the House of Commons, an Account of what new Employments have been made since the War began, and also of the increase of Salaries. Their Lordships direct that you send them as soon as possible an account of what retrenchments have been made, both in the Navy and Victualling, since the commencement of the Peace, expressing therein the yearly value of the said retrenchments.
