I am commanded by the Admiralty Commissioners to direct you to prepare and send to them an account of what Orders have been given for the passing of any accounts for the Navy and Victualling since the beginning of the late War. Also an account of what Privy Seals have passed relating to the Navy and Victualling since that time, and to whom, and for what sum or sums, and for what services.
