I am sending the enclosed copy of a Petition by George Everett on behalf of Captain Robert Reynolds, Commander of the James Gally, and direct you to consider, and let them know, what right Captain Reynolds has to Gunnage and Tonnage for the GREEN DRAGON, and in what condition she was delivered into the Navy, together with her number of Guns and her Tonnage.
