You have represented to the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury that the Taxes laid on the Salaries of yourselves and Clerks for 1695 amounts to the sum of one thousand one hundred and twenty two pounds and that for non payment thereof hath issued out of the Court of Exchequer and prayed their Lordships to allow the sums as was done for the year 1697.
You are directed on payment of this sum to make out a Bill or Bills according to the method of your Office for paying or allowing thereof to the Treasurer in his Accounts, taking care that your sums be placed on the proper heads in the Navy Accounts.
