The Lords Commissioners of the Treasury have directed the sum of four thousand pounds to be issued to the Treasurer of HM Navy by Tallys of Anticipation on the payment of the subscriptions for two millions for the use of the Sick and Wounded. They direct that you cause the same to be paid over to Mr Richard Povey, late Treasurer for the said Sick and Wounded Seamen, towards clearing the debt due for that service before the 1st July last.
