The Admiralty Commissioners desire to know what the Charges have been from the beginning of the late War to the first of this month, on account of piloting HM Ships. They direct you to prepare and present to them an exact and particular account of all such Bills that have been paid or assigned to you for payment, within the aforesaid time, expressing not only the names of the persons who served, but the particular sums due to each person when paid and assigned, and to whom the same were paid, whether to the parties themselves, or any others on their behalf.
