The Admiralty Commissioners have considered your letter concerning the GREENWICH. They direct you to opine where it is most proper to lay her up in order to be repaired. They have received a letter from Captain Fogg stating that upon paying off the NORTHUMBERLAND he was paid eight days short of his Wages for himself and Servants.
