A letter has been sent to their Lordships on behalf of John Hornsby and Stephen Sawyer of the GLOUCESTER or MARY, praying that the Run against them may be taken off. If you find them to be in the same circumstances as others of those ships where the Runs were ordered to be taken off, you have these Runs also removed. You are to let their Lordships know what action has been taken and return the enclosed letter.
