John Barnard, late Cook of the LOYAL MERCHANT, hired ship, is to be appointed Master Cook of the KATHERINE storeship. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 7 February 1699.
