In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Captain Thomas Bryan, formerly Commander of the FALCON which was taken by the enemy in the West Indies in May 1694, was lately tried at a court martial for the loss of the ship and acquitted. A copy of the trial is enclosed. He has petitioned this Board for his pay for himself and servants and you are directed to have the wages due him paid.
