The Qs and Rs on Ambrose Hodson, John Jacks, John Neves, Alexander Davison, Henry Watkins, Samuel Warren Robert Peters, Robert Finch, William Morris, John Hopkins, Robert Jay, Joseph Tanner, William Potter, Jonathan Pearson, Jonathan Dumbrell, Henry Williams, Jasper Hinton, Lambert Freeman, Samuel Lilly , Thomas Adams, Samuel Watts, Edward Hodges, Samuel Gardner, William Jones, Thomas Hodge, John Carr, Richard Lampree, John Harrabin, Zachary Price, Edward Roberts, Morris Pearce, William Coates, James Cout, William Hedger, Thomas Wilks, Edward Runch, David Allen, William Wilkinson, Robert Cleeves and Cornelius Bone, are to be taken off. The Run against John Lowry is to be taken off if you believe he died a few days after he was ashore in Virginia. The Run against Henry Cole is to be taken off upon his producing an affidavit of his breaking his leg as is alleged in his petition. The Run on Mark Ax of the LOWESTOFT is to be taken off. The Q on John Ballard is to be taken off if he did not receive bounty money in the ASSOCIATION, which he served in after the BREDAH. The Qs against John Griffin, Robert Reven, Thomas Gibson of the CUMBERLAND, are to be taken off. The Q against John Foresight of the BONADVENTURE is to be taken off only if he could not get to the ship when entered on board the DISPATCH brigantine.
