In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Your letter of 10 February to our Secretary, advised that the new 3rd Rate building at Deptford (which we have named REVENGE) is to be established with the same number of men and number and nature of guns as allowed in the IPSWICH. She may be launched the first spring next April and then laid up in such a place as you think most convenient. She should be entered on the list of the Royal Navy as the REVENGE.
