In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The Commissioners for the Victualing have recommended that Mr Robert Westbrooke and Mr Harvey serve as their agent in the Straits, they having been there in 1695. They also think a clerk should be sent there to assist them. The former agent was allowed £200 per annum and his clerk £60 per annum.
