In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You received direction to have a stop put on any wages assigned by Rice Lloyd to others without order from this Board on information received that he had been forging letters of attorney assigning wages to others. Upon further consideration of the matter, you are directed to have the stop removed if you have no objections thereto. You are, however, to continue the stop on Stephen Osman's wages in the LYME, upon the petition presented to you setting forth that Rice Lloyd had forged a will making himself executor to the said Osman.
