In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Your letter of 10 February advised that the FOWEY, now at Sheerness, will require a dry dock for repair and it is proposed that she be brought to Deptford for that purpose. We have ordered her to be brought there by the 1st Lieutenant of the MONMOUTH and some officers and men from her and the TYGER at the Nore. You are directed to have the officers and men victualed during the time they are aboard FOWEY and as soon as she is brought to Deptford to have her repairs got in hand.
