Richard Walton, late Surgeon of the SWIFT advice boat, has informed their Lordships that Captain Bostock, when he commanded her, sold the King's provisions and embezzled materials of the SWIFT when she was lost. I am enclosing a copy of Richard Walton's letter and you are directed to order the persons concerned before you to examine this matter and to report your opinion.
