Requiring the attendance of the Commissioners of Victualling on the following Wednesday with a written account of the amount of short allowance money granted for the Squadron in the Straits each month according to the attached ship's crew list, showing the amount where whole allowance is made of beer, butter and cheese and short allowance for all the other species.
