In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Mr John Taylor, who is contracted to the Navy Board to supply masts for HM Ships is unable to prepare his ship the THANET for its next voyage to New England due to the lack of facilities available at Chatham. Orders are to be given to allow him the use of a hulk in order not to delay his purpose.
